Free delivery on qualifying orders is only applicable to purchases made on a single invoice, delivered to a single address in one trip, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery Dates and Timing
Bookings and confirmations can only be made through the online schedule or project inbox.
Dismantle/Disposal of Old Furniture
A request can be submitted through the project inbox for dismantling/disposal of old furniture, subject to an additional charge.
Delivery of Multiple Items
There is no extra charge if your items are ordered at least 3 days before the delivery date, and we can deliver them together using the same truck.
Changing of Delivery Dates
With an additional cost, we will inform you of the revised delivery dates through the project inbox.
We advise owners to take photos of damaged items and upload them to our project inbox. Damages will be recorded, and we will provide guidance for rectification or replacement. You have the right to reject the merchandise upon delivery at no cost or schedule an exchange, except for clearance items. You also have the right to reject the merchandise immediately if it differs from the product description or picture seen online.
Limitation of Liability
Speedydecor is not liable for any loss of income, profit, contract, data, or any loss directly or indirectly associated with our services/products. This includes injuries or death caused by our negligence during the delivery of your project/products, to the extent permitted by law.
As we primarily provide customized furniture, processed materials cannot be reused, and therefore we do not offer refunds. The 10% down payment is part of the project cost and is non-refundable due to the allocation of our team, including quotations, designers, and office admin costs.
For appliances, you can return them within 7 days provided they have not been used and the packaging is intact. However, you will be responsible for arranging your own transport back to our warehouse. A 5% administrative charge will be retained for administrative costs.
For signed projects, there will be an abortive cost of a minimum of 50% of the settled payment/deposit.
For signed works, if any omitted item is requested, a similar amount of new works must be ordered accordingly, as the contracted sum already includes a discount/offered price based on a larger sum committed by you.
Customized furniture comes with a 12-month warranty.
Appliances are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The use of the website and all transactions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any aspects not covered by these terms and conditions are subject to Singapore law.
