Delivery Charges
Free delivery on qualifying orders is only applicable to purchases that are made in a single invoice, to a single address in one trip, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Dates and Timing

Booked and confirmed through online schedule or project inbox only.

Dismantle/Disposal Of Old furniture

With Extra Charge, request can be submitted through project inbox.

Delivery Of Multiple Items

No extra charge if your items are ordered 3 days before delivery date, and we can deliver your new items with same truck.

Changing of Delivery Dates

With extra cost, we would inform you with project inbox on the cost.

Damage Policy

We advice owners to take photo of damaged items and upload to our project inbox, or speak to own on site installer, damages would be recorded in project inbox, we will advice for rectification or replacement.

You have the right to reject the merchandise upon delivery at no cost or schedule for an exchange, except for clearance items.

You also have the right to reject the merchandise immediately if the piece delivered is different from that depicted in the product description or picture you saw online.

Limitation of Liability

Speedydecor would not bare any loss of income, profit, contract, data, or any loss directly or indirectly associate with our service/products, which also include injuries or death by our

negligence when deliver your project/products, to the extent legally accepted level by the law.

Refund Policy

As the key services that we are providing is cutomised furniture, processed materials could not be reused, we offered no refund policy.

Your 10% down payment is part of project cost, it is not refundable as we had allocated our team to serve you by offer you quotations, designers to work on your designs, and office admin costs.

For appliances, you can return them within 7 days provided you have not used the item, and the packaging are intact, however you have to arrange your own transport back to our warehouse. 5% admin charge would be retained for administrative cost.

For signed project, there will have an abortive cost minimum 50% of the settled payment/deposit.

For signed works, if it there is any omitted item requested, similar amount of new works must be ordered accordingly, because your last received contract sum already given a discount/offered price based the a bigger sum committed by you.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The law governing the use of Website and all transactions is the Law of Singapore. Any aspects that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions is subject to Singapore Law.
